Our new addition. Slug-A-Bed One Step Beyond "Kai" was bred
by Krisztina Toth of Slug-A- Bed Kennel in Hungary. She is our first
Staffordshire Bull Terrier.

The American Bulldog is the closest thing to what the
English Bulldog once was 200 years ago. The original
standard for the English Bulldog was based on a dog
named Rosa. Here is  the print of Crib and Rosa.

As you can see, breeding for extreme type with no regard
to function can completely change and ruin a

breed. These dogs are intended to be a working breed.
Look at this print and then what the English Bulldog
has  turned into today.

The American Bulldog

The American Bulldog is a rare breed of dog originating in the
south/eastern United States. It has been bred as a general
purpose farm utility dog and catch dog. The survival
of this breed and its gaining popularity is due mainly to the
 efforts of
two men Mr. JD Johnson and Mr. Allan Scott.
